" Underhill Real Estate Agents are pleased to be offering this spacious mid terrace home to the market. It is located in a desirable position, being within an easy walk of St Thomas Precinct, Exeter's Historic quayside and the city centre. St Thomas is located on the West of the Exe and has good access to the A30, M5, and Marsh Barton. The living room and dining room is open plan.
