This property is situated in a lovely tucked away corner of the development. The property is totally immaculately presented throughout and benefits from 3 bedrooms, an ensuite to the master bedroom, family bathroom, large kitchen and extremely spacious living room/dining room.The property benefits from uPVC double glazing, fascias and soffits and gas fired central heating.Outside, there is a detached double garage and ample driveway parking for several vehicles.The rear garden is fully enclosed and benefits from several lawned areas, a timber built summer house, shed and aluminium framed greenhouse.

WINKLEIGH, is a large Mid-Devon village with many period cottages. In September 2011, the village topped a national report as the best place in England and Wales to bring up children. The report looked at 60 factors grouped into five categories – education, safety, property, population and amenities and Winkleigh came out as number one. It has an attractive village square with shops including a butchers, post office and inns. There is a primary school, sports facilities, a village hall and an ancient church. The village lies in a quiet location just off the Crediton / Torrington road with the A30 trunk road at Whiddon Down reached via the newly developed North Tawton road which gives access to Exeter and the M5.

DIRECTIONS On approaching Winkleigh from Crediton turn left just before the village as signed "North Tawton". Proceed for about quarter mile taking the second right into Farmer Frank’s Lane. Go past the primary school and take the next right. The property is the first bungalow on the right.
