There is also a garage with parking to the front as well as an enclosed private rear garden. Location 4 Elms Meadow is situated on this popular development within walking distance to the village which offers traditional amenities including a primary school, 2 public houses, church, convenience store, Post Office, Doctors and Vets, whilst the larger towns of Great Torrington and Okehampton are some 12 and 10 miles distant respectively, each offering a wider range of local and national shopping, schooling and recreational facilities. Winkleigh is commutable to Exeter being 20 miles distant offering its inter city rail and motorway links, whilst the North Devon regional centre of Barnstaple is some 35 minutes driving distance.
