" 28 South Molton Street is a good sized semi-detached house situated towards the outskirts of Chulmleigh, within walking distance of the School and Health Centre. The property was formerly a Police House and is of brick construction under a concrete tiled roof with colour washed elevations and uPVC double glazing throughout.
