" The spacious three bedroom accommodation is a little quirky and offers more than you may expect, the master bedroom has a window seat, a built-in wardrobe and en-suite shower room, the two other bedrooms have both taken a double bed in the past and there is also a white suite bathroom upstairs. Downstairs is a sizeable living room with patio doors to the garden, a kitchen diner with a new Cherry wood flooring, an integrated cooker and oven, plus an attached utility room and cloakroom with WC. The house has uPVC double glazed windows throughout and the loft insulation has been upgraded. Outside we have a good sized enclosed rear garden which is largely lawned, there is also a gate to the garage with electronic up and over door, light & power, plus parking in-front.
