" This modern detached house is superbly located in a small, quiet residential cul-de-sac on the extreme outskirts of this most sought after village close to Crediton, adjoining open countryside and enjoying the most magnificent rural views. The pretty village square is nearby with the well regarded Lamb Inn and useful community stores within easy walking distance. The house offers spacious 4 bedroomed family accommodation, very well presented throughout. Much of the ground floor has solid natural oak flooring sourced locally from Beach Bros in Exeter, and there is a superbly fitted solid oak kitchen fitted by the highly regarded local firm Ashgrove.
