" This well modernised 1930’s semi is found within the town, but benefits from a 21m

(70ft) rear garden and backs onto fields! There are 3 double bedrooms, the bathroom and kitchen have been modernised, plus gas central heating and uPVC double glazing too.

Located in a tucked away ‘crescent’ away from the road, this 1930’s semi-detached house has some lovely views to the rear and it’s South facing garden backs onto fields giving it a real feel of open space. The accommodation has been improved and updated throughout by the current vendors, there’s 3 double bedrooms (most with far reaching views), a modern kitchen which was fitted in 2012 and a modern bathroom complete with white suite, plus a lovely light lounge/diner with uPVC double doors out to the garden. All windows are uPVC double glazed and has had mains gas central heating installed. Outside is where this property really comes to life, there’s a fantastic South facing rear garden which extends to 21m (70ft) and includes a large lawn, mature fruit trees, greenhouse and shed and backs onto fields. CREDITON is an old Mid Devon market town with a wealth of history, being situated just 7.5 miles north-west of the Cathedral City of Exeter with the M5 motorway some 3 miles further on. The town is surrounded by unspoilt farmland in an area of great natural beauty. There is a regular daily bus service to Exeter plus trains every hour to Exeter and Barnstaple and a local town bus which covers most urban areas.  The town is most famous for its ancient parish church and for being the birthplace of St Boniface in 680 AD.  It has excellent schooling facilities at both senior and junior levels and a sports and leisure centre incorporating a superb swimming pool.  The town has an excellent selection of shops with a Morrisons and a large Tesco superstore/petrol filling station. 

DIRECTIONS:  From Helmores High Street office proceed down the town (easterly) and turn sharp right opposite the Parish Church into Bowden Hill. Proceed to the top of Bowden Hill and turn sharp left then immediately right into Barnfield Hill. Go almost to the top Barnfield Hill and no 28 will be found in the middle of the Crescent of properties set nicely back from the road.
