" 11 Prince of Wales Road is well located in an elevated position overlooking the town and onto the open countryside beyond. The residential cul-de-sac is a mix of houses and bungalows built in the mid 1960s and is a popular address within the town. There is a handy pedestrian pathway which links towards the town for ease on foot. The property itself is presented in first class order throughout having being well maintained and updated by the current owners. The kitchen and bathroom are fitted with quality units, designed and installed by Ashgrove (Crediton) who are well regarded for their workmanship.
