" GREAT VALUE in this good sized 3 bedroomed detached bungalow in one of Tiverton's most sought after areas.

* entrance hall * lounge/diner * kitchen * 3 bedrooms * bathroom * gas central heating * upvc double glazed windows (except the bathroom) * garage * level front and rear gardens * no onward chain.

The property occupies a pleasant position set back on Pinnex Moor Road and offers a good degree of privacy from the rear. Local amenities are close at hand with a general store/newsagency and Tesco Express within half a mile, whilst offering easy access to Two Moors Primary school and scenic walks along the former railway line. A regular daily bus service stops virtually "on the doorstep" to the town centre and a direct service to Exeter. The town itself is about three quarters of a mile near level walking distance and provides an excellent range of shopping and recreational facilities.

The property itself benefits from gas central heating and uPVC double glazed windows (except the bathroom) together with a re-fitted kitchen. It would, however, benefit from redecoration but it has been sensibly priced to allow for this to be done to a purchaser's own taste.

DIRECTIONS: From the town centre market car park turn right at the main exit into Newport Street. At the traffic lights turn left into Bampton Street then take the second turn on the right into Belmont Road. Continue down the road and turn left at the second mini-roundabout into Pinnex Moor Road. The property will be seen about three quarters of the way along the road on the left hand side.
