" A well presented bungalow set in a quiet position at the end of a cul-de-sac in one Tiverton's most sought after areas. The accommodation includes entrance hall, living room with open fire, kitchen/breakfast room, conservatory, three bedrooms and bathroom. The gardens are a lovely feature being enclosed and private with a drive leading to the detached garage. Other benefits include gas central heating and double glazing.
