This fine semi-detached house with an excellent conservatory extension is very well situated near amenities and with a garden that backs onto the local Westexe recreation park. Within this local park there is a playing field, bandstand, childrens' play area, paddling pool and a bowling club. Adjoining this park, and only a short walk from the house, is a local primary school. Also within the Westexe area and within about a half mile level walk are a good range of local shops, church and pubs.
