Description A stunning three bedroomed semi-detached house with off road parking and a garage. This beautiful home comprises of an entrance hall leading to a kitchen/diner that has been extended to include bi fold doors leading out to a pretty garden with views of the countryside. There is also a downstairs cloakroom and a good sized living room. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms, one with built in storage and an en-suite and a single bedroom. There is also a modern family bathroom with a shower over the bath. The property is situated in a desirable area of Willand with views over the countryside. Willand Willand is a lovely Village about 12 miles North of Exeter and 1.5miles north of Cullompton. It has easy access to the Motorway making it an excellent commuters town and it boasts good school and local amenities. General Conditions Lettings If an offer is made for the tenancy, the Agents will take an administration fee of ?180 (INC VAT) plus ?60 (INC VAT) for additional tenants before taking up references.
