Acland Park is a popular cul-de-sac situated towards the edge of the village, yet within walking distance of the excellent village amenities including the highly regarded primary school, convenience store, railway station connecting Exeter and London Waterloo and the property also falls within the renowned Kings catchment. The A30 dual carriageway is also within easy reach providing swift access to the cathedral city of Exeter, M5 and the coast.
