SITUATION 2 Manor Close is one of just three properties in a small residential close within the picturesque and well sited hamlet of Weston close to the renowned Deer Park Country House Hotel and the popular Otter Inn public house. A convenient two miles distant is the historical market town of Honiton offering an excellent range of day to day amenities including a selection of supermarkets, hospital, schooling, recreational facilities and a mainline station to London Waterloo and Exeter.
 
The A30 at Honiton provides rapid access to Exeter to the west whilst the link with the A303 to the East provides an alternative driving route to London. From the property there are a variety of quiet lanes and footpaths from which to enjoy the delightful surrounding countryside. DIRECTIONS From the centre of Honiton proceed in a westerly direction towards Exeter turning left into the Heathpark Retail and Industrial estate just before joining the A30. Continue past Lidl supermarket and at the T junction turn right. At the end of this road turn right into the countryside and into the hamlet of Weston. After passing the Otter Inn on the right hand side, take the next turning left towards Buckerell and the Deer Park Hotel.
