" Milldale Crescent is conveniently situated close to the heart of this traditional market town with all its excellent amenities. The town is known as 'The Gateway to Devon' with the A30 providing swift access to the Cathedral City of Exeter, M5 and the coast.

The property has been thoughtfully modernised to create a lovely home for families and retired occupants alike. The light and airy, well-proportioned accommodation briefly comprises; entrance porch, sitting room with feature fireplace and wood burning/multi-fuel stove with a large opening to the kitchen/dining room which is well equipped with an extensive range of cupboards and drawers both at base and eye level and enhanced by attractive granite effect worktops whilst allowing plenty of room for a family dining table and chairs.
