" 10 Roman Way occupies a convenient spot on the northern edge of the East Devon market town of Honiton. The town centre and its excellent range of day to day amenities is a fairly level 10 minute walk away. Honiton has a railway station with regular services linking the town to London Waterloo and Exeter; there is also a fast road link to Exeter and Junction 29 of the M5 Motorway. The coastal resorts of Seaton, Sidmouth and Lyme Regis are less than half an hour's drive.
