SITUATION The property is located in the popular Maidenhayne Lane set just outside the village of Musbury, located between the towns of Axminster and Seaton. The village of Musbury has a small range of facilities including a primary school, pre-school, church, garage with shop, post office and a local pub. There are a range of good local schools including Woodruff at Lyme Regis and Axe Valley in Axminster. Colyton Grammar School approximately 3.5 miles from the property is one of Englands top state schools. This part of the coastline is designated Englands first World Heritage site and there are a variety of public footpaths to enjoy the coastal scenery. Taunton, the County Town of Somerset to the north has access to the M5 at Junction 25, whilst the university and cathedral city of Exeter is accessed by the A30 which has a range of facilities one would expect of a city of its size including an international airport.
