At the mini roundabout, take the first exit and continue through the traffic lights at Weycroft for approximately 2-3 miles. Upon reaching Tytherleigh, turn left at the public house signposted to Chardstock, and upon entering the village, turn right into Green Lane and take the next left into Henley Close. The property will be found on your left hand side.
