The property overlooks the Axminster Cricket Ground and has plenty of parking space and a large garden. REAR GARDEN To the side of the house is an area of lawn and garden path leading to a gate to the rear garden which measures 106' (32m) in length by 46' (14m) maximum width which tapers to a triangular shape at the furthest point. Near the house is a large patio. Beyond this, a garden path separates the lawn to one side from a gravelled area to the other where there is a garden shed. There is dwarf hedging to one side and shrub planting consisting of several varieties of Hebe, Lavender and Euonymus. New fencing has recently been erected to all boundaries. To one side of the property (beyond the fence) is a stream which forms the boundary on that side.
