" Attractive, detached 3 bedroom bungalow situated in an elevated position at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, on the west side of town with lovely open outlook over fields towards the sea.

Location:
Seaton is located between the ancient harbour of Axmouth and the white cliffs of Beer. Its mile long beach, which is part of the Jurassic Coast, opens onto the waters of Lyme Bay. The town itself has many small shops, a local hospital, doctors surgeries, primary school, banks and building societies. Seaton is a popular resort for holiday makers, and boasts a wealth of activities including golf, tennis, bowls and sailing. The County town of Exeter, with its regional airport, is some twenty miles to the west, and the mainline rail link to London (Waterloo) is at Axminster, approximately seven miles distant. There is a regular bus service to Axminster from Seaton with a bus stop close to Jubilee Lodge.

Directions:
Drive along Harepath Road out of Seaton Town and take the second turning on the left into Seaton Down Road. Proceed up the hill for approximately half a mile and turn left into Churston Rise. Number 37 is the last property on the left at the end of the cul-de-sac.
