" Tipton Vale is conveniently situated on the edge of this highly desirable village with glorious country views yet village amenities are still within walking distance. They include a highly regarded primary school, award-winning restaurant/public house, church and village hall. The large recreational park, tennis courts and cricket pavilion provide a perfect village for both families and retired occupants alike and there are lovely river walks with the surrounding countryside offering an idyllic setting. The village is equal distance from the traditional market town of Ottery St Mary and the Regency coastal town of Sidmouth.

The property itself enjoys well-proportioned accommodation and is perfectly habitable although would benefit from refurbishment. The accommodation briefly comprises; reception hall, office and spacious sitting room/dining room with feature fireplace and two large picture windows creating a lovely light and airy feel.
