" This wonderful home has been fully refurbished and restored in recent years whilst being superbly sympathetic to the character and age of this historic home with a history involving the famous Colridge family with pleasant views over the St Mary's Church which inspired the town's famous poet. There are many original features which help create a cosy warm atmosphere. The convenient location is close to the heart of town with a range of independent shops and supermarket.

The cottage enjoys well proportioned accommodation with a grand reception hall with oak paneling and handmade staircase with unique handcrafted balustrades complimented by the flagstone style flooring. The sitting room is a lovely dual aspect room dominated by a feature fireplace with marble surround and mantel and exposed floorboards. The kitchen/dining room is the heart of the home allowing plenty of room for families to cook dine and socialise together. The quality kitchen combines traditional materials with modern appliances perfectly with solid oak work surfaces, belfast sink and a large window seat along with Range master style cooker and built in fridge freezer and dishwasher.
