" Number 10 is situated in a convenient and highly accessible location, being within a short walk away from the town centre and all its amenities, as well as being set away from the busy street of this thriving town. The A30 dual-carriageway is within easy reach providing swift access to the Cathedral city of Exeter, M5 and the coast.

The property itself enjoys well-proportioned accommodation briefly comprising; reception hall, spacious sitting room with a large picture window overlooking the rear garden and an open fireplace providing potential for a wood burner/multi fuel stove if desired. The kitchen/dining room is a lovely size enjoying a dual aspect with a patio door giving direct access to the rear garden. There's a store room which would lend itself as a utility room and a cloakroom/WC concludes the ground floor. There are three good sized bedrooms and a family bathroom fitted with a white suite.
