The Grove House, retains many interesting features and has in the past been updated with attractive kitchen/breakfast Room and family bathroom. To the rear of the property and off the first floor landing is a large conservatory with access to adjoining patio and ornamental foot bridge leading to garden terrace. Conveniently situated in Alexandria Road with good day to day amenities in Woolbrook readily accessible as are good local schools for all ages. Sidmouth town centre with its comprehensive facilities is just under one mile.

From Sidmouth town continue in a northerly direction via Temple Street and Arcot Road, at the recreation ground bear left continuing along Arcot Road. At the mini roundabout turn left into Alexandria Road. The property will be seen a little way along on your right hand side.
