Balfours is a mature and popular residential road conveniently situated within a few minutes of an excellent range of amenities and bus services within Woolbrook. Sidmouth town centre, where there are numerous clubs, shops, societies and of course, the popular Regency Esplanade, is approximately a mile and a quarter away.


This detached bungalow has brick elevations and benefits from having uPVC double glazed windows, which includes a good size conservatory to the rear elevation, which enjoys lovely views to the surrounding hills.
