Beautifully presented detached bungalow constructed in 2010, with the benefit of a 10 year N.H.B.C. certificate. The property is quietly situated in a popular residential area and enjoys pleasing views in a Southerly and Easterly direction. Excellent local facilities are available close by in Woolbrook, whilst Sidmouth town centre is just over one mile. The property would provide an excellent, easily managed retirement or indeed second home.

Location
Sidmouth is a prosperous seaside town, which nestles in the sheltered valley between the red cliffs overlooking Laymen Bay, which forms part of the Jurassic coastline, England's first natural world heritage site. Sid mouth, once a popular and fashionable resort for the Victorians and Edwardian's including the young Queen Victoria, has a rich blend of Regency and Victorian buildings.

Sidmouth, today, has an excellent range of amenities including an extensive shopping centre, large supermarket, cinema, theatre, library and modern health centre. There is also a sports hall with a gym and indoor swimming pool as well as excellent facilities for sailing, golf, and indoor and outdoor bowls. There are also thriving cricket and rugby clubs. There are several primary schools, a community college and Church's of various denominations. The lovely beaches at Sidmouth or nearby Branscombe and Ladram Bay are particularly beautiful. The cathedral city of Exeter, M5 motorway (junction 30) and Exeter international airport lie approximately 15 miles north west of Sidmouth and numerous pretty villages intersperse the wonderful surrounding countryside, which is a walkers delight.

From our Sidmouth Office proceed in a northerly direction via Radway, Vicarage Road, Temple Street and Arcot Road. At the Recreation ground bear left continuing along Arcot Road, proceed over the mini roundabout into Woolbrook Road. Continue along Woolbrook Road, taking the 3rd turning on your right into Core Hill Road. Continue up, and take the next turning on your left into Barn Hayes - continue to the end of the road and the property will be seen directly in front of you.
