Connaught House occupies a level site in a 'tucked away' location, however is within a short walk of the town centre, which offers an excellent range of amenities, including a Hospital, Health Centre, Library, Theatre and Cinema, as well as numerous clubs, shops and societies. Also nearby, along All Saints Road, there are regular bus services to the surrounding area and the popular Regency Esplanade is within a short walk.


From Connaught Close there is a pedestrian path which accesses All Saints Road and is a more direct route to the town.


The house offers well presented and spacious accommodation arranged over two floors and offers a great deal of flexibility, with bedroom and en-suite facilities to both the ground and first floor. Also worthy of mention is the spacious reception hall, with a wide turning staircase rising to the upper floor and glazed double doors leading into the sitting room.
