" A recently modernised first floor apartment enjoying a lovely south westerly aspect, with views over the grounds and towards Muttersmoor.


Powys House is a popular development and is conveniently situated close to Sidmouth town centre. This first floor flat is situated to the south west end of the development and enjoys a lovely aspect over the grounds and beyond towards Muttersmoor. The flat in recent years has been the subject of considerable improvement and expenditure. The improvements include a replacement kitchen, which has a built in oven, hob, cooker hood and integrated dishwasher and the shower room and separate cloakroom are both fitted with attractive white suites.
