" A spacious and significantly expanded family home conveniently situated in Mount Pleasant, 15 minutes walk from the city centre. Just a few blocks away from Waitrose, Ladysmith schools, the local doctors' surgery and other amenities. Manston Road has its own corner shop, and the area is well served by bus routes and a train station.

The internal accommodation is well presented and features Scandinavian oak hardwood flooring throughout most of the ground floor, which comprises a large open-plan living space, an enlarged kitchen diner and a useful lean-to. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms (including a large master bedroom), and an extended bathroom.
