" What a great opportunity to get on the housing ladder!This well looked after nicely presented ground floor apartment with refitted kitchen gas central heating has everything you need for your first home.Situated on the ground floor of this modern development the lounge has patio doors to the side that open on to a pathway and communal gardens, the apartment comes complete with allocated parking space as well as a visitor parking permit.Perfectly situated for the commute within a short drive of the M25 and with the choice of two tube stations (Loughton and Epping) and of course the over land railway at nearby Waltham Cross.

What the Owner says:

We particularly liked the fact that the apartment was ground floor and it had the side doors onto the gardens, we just felt it was more spacious than others we had seen. We find the area very quiet and friendly and it is so easy to get into town and of course the motorway. During our time here we have refitted the kitchen including putting in a new cooker, hob and washing machine, we have also put new flooring and carpets throughout the flat and all the rooms have been redecorated.Unlike many other flats we looked at we were very happy with the spacious kitchen and the big lounge, we hope that the new owners will be as happy here as we were.
