" Positioned at the end of Merlin Close is this modern and attractive four bedroom house which gives great size accommodation throughout.There are built in wardrobes to all bedrooms with bedroom one having an en suite bathroom. The lovely fitted kitchen has the bonus of a separate utility room and the living space itself is further enhanced by UPVC conservatory addition.Outside is a good sized rear garden and to the front a spacious parking area in addition to the properties 16' x 7'10 garage. This popular modern development is just a short drive from the main town of Waltham Abbey and within easy access of the M25 motorway for the road commuter. Rail commuters have a choice of either Loughton or Epping for the tube lines or the over land rail station at Waltham Cross.

As soon as we walked into the house we were immediately struck by how spacious the property was and the house was in very good condition and had everything that we required, we loved the exclusive part of the development the house is positioned in and it enables the children to play safely outside, we have always found it a very pleasant area to live in. We have made lots of improvements to the property, renovating the kitchen and changing the garden layout as well as of course redecorating and re carpeting most of the rooms. I think the nicest thing about the area is how all the houses are so well looked after and nicely kept and how close everything is to us.
