" **OFFERED WITH NO ONWARD CHAIN** A beautifully presented four bedroom home located on the Abbeyfields development. This detached property has been owned by the current vendors since new and has been maintained to a very high standard. Off street parking for multiple vehicles, internal garage, en suite to master bedroom and a downstairs cloak room are just some of the benefits this family home has to offer. In particular the garden has been designed with entertainment in mind with a full width electric sun awning complete with outdoor heaters.

The property is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. The paved hard standing to the front of the property provides off street parking for at least three vehicles and a side entrance gate gives access to the rear garden from the street as does the up and over door to the garage.
It is evident from stepping inside the front door that this home has been kept to an outstanding condition. Walk through the entrance hall with stairs ascending to the first floor and into the lounge and you are immediately greeted with a large, bright room that opens into the dining area. The rooms are neutrally decorated and the large double glazed bay to the front allows lots of light in. Ceramic floor tiles extend through the lounge and into the dining area which has the added benefit of double glazed french doors that lead out to the garden.
Over looking the garden is the well appointed kitchen. Base and wall mounted units span three walls and provide ample storage and space for appliances with contrasting work surfaces. Inbuilt units include an inlayed hob and inbuilt oven, over hob extractor and a stainless steel one and a half bowl sink unit. Access to the garage can be gained from here as well as the downstairs cloak room.
Off landing, all four bedrooms can be considered a good size. The master bedroom with a front aspect also enjoys an en-suite shower room and built in wardrobe space. The family bathroom has recently been upgraded to a particularly high standard and includes a three piece white suite with fully tiled sand stone coloured tiles. Finishing touches such as the inlayed up lighters in floor add to the luxurious feel of the room.
Externally the rear garden has been paved with large flagstones to create an entertainment area, ideal for barbequing and even boasts inbuilt fridges. The south easterly aspect makes this a very sunny garden and the current owners have installed a full width, remote electric awning and outdoor heaters should you want to entertain into the evening.
