" An immaculately presented three bedroom family home located just off Honey Lane. This semi detached property offers a lengthy lounge diner, a beautiful conservatory, downstairs cloakroom, off street parking and a stunning landscaped rear garden. There is also potential to extend to the side (subject to planning consent).


You approach the property via the dropped kerb and onto the gravelled hard standing to the front which provides off street parking spaces. A paved path leads you to the glazed porch and the double glazed front door.

Once inside you are greeted with a large entrance hall that is open plan to the lounge and has a downstairs toilet to the right. There is an inbuilt storage cupboard situated under the staircase ascending to the first floor. Measuring over 22ft, the lounge is an incredibly bright and airy room with a double glazed window to the front aspect and French doors leading to the conservatory. The room is beautifully decorated with a stone fireplace and hearth as the main focal point.
