" A period cottage with three double bedrooms and two reception rooms, located close to Waltham Abbeyโ€™s Town centre and parkland. Offered to the market with no ongoing chain, this character home retains many of its original features including sash windows, character fireplaces and elegant high ceilings.

Eastbrook Road is situated within an easy walk from the Town Centre. The road is predominantly made up of Victorian terrace cottages. Entrance to the property is gained via the small front garden and into the entrance hallway which separates the two reception rooms and the stairs ascending to the first floor.
