" A three bedroom mid terrace family home located in a well regarded turning close to Waltham Abbeyโ€™s town centre and park land. This well proportioned property offers two reception areas, a lengthy mature garden and off street parking.

Beechfield Walk can be found just off Sewardstone Road as you come into Waltham Abbey from Chingford.
To the front of the house is a hard standing that provides off street parking for multiple vehicles as well as access to the house and the tunnel that leads to the rear of the property.
You enter the house via the brick built porch, complete with double glazed window and uPVC door. The hallway provides access to the lounge, the dining room and also the staircase ascending to the first floor. The lounge is located on the left, through a sliding door. The room has a large double glazed window to the front and a feature fireplace to the rear. The dining room sits adjacent to the kitchen with a large opening connecting the two rooms giving an almost open plan feeling and glazed patio doors leading into the conservatory which allows in plenty of light. The kitchen consists of a range of base and wall mounted units with roll top work surfaces. There is space for appliances while units such as the twin bowl sinks are inbuilt.
The conservatory spans the width of the house and is the perfect place to sit with a view of the south facing garden. There is also lots of storage, thanks to the attached brick built shed.
Upstairs all three bedrooms, bathroom and separate WC are accessed from the spacious landing. All the bedrooms are good sizes and benefit from built in wardrobes and furniture.
The bathroom is fully tiled with a pedestal hand wash basin and a panel bath.
Externally the rear garden measures approximately 59โ€™ and is mostly laid lawn. The garden is bordered by timber fencing and mature shrubs and has the addition of a green house that will be included in the sale.
