Owners Views When we first viewed this property we fell in love with it at first site, the reasons for this is because of the size and location of the flat. We must have viewed 20 flats before this one and we found that either the lounge or the bedroom was too small, but after viewing this one we knew it was the one. The location was fantastic also as our family live in Chingford and Waltham Cross and we can be with them within 15 minutes if we needed them.
