" A well presented three bedroom semi detached chalet style home situated within easy reach of the Town Centre. The property boasts large reception rooms, upstairs shower room, downstairs bathroom, high specification kitchen, front and rear gardens, garage and conservatory.

The property is set back from Rochford Avenue itself, a pleasant road which is within easy reach of the Town Centre. Being one of just four houses on this particular pedestrianised turning, the property benefits from a lengthy front garden. Entrance to the property is gained via a pathway to the side.

A small porch with double glazed sliding doors allows you entrance to the front door and hallway. Once inside, the large open plan lounge diner can be found to the left. The room has dual aspect double glazed windows which allow plenty of light in as well as giving a pleasant view over the front garden.

The kitchen has been updated to include base and wall mounted units spanning three walls as well as an β€˜island’ work top and storage space in the middle. There is space for appliances while units such as the double bowl stainless steel sink unit, oven, hob, extractor and dish washer are inbuilt. The kitchen units are complimented by the mosaic tiled walls and the slate coloured flooring.

Open plan to the Kitchen is the conservatory. The current owners tend to use this room as an additional reception room but would be equally suited as a formal dining space. Large floor to ceiling windows spanning the length of the room give clear views of the rear garden.
