" A well presented terraced home situated within close proximity to the centre of Waltham Abbey. The property has been well maintained and updated by its present owners to provide large open plan downstairs living accommodation and three bedrooms and family bathroom to the first floor. A immaculate rear garden and off street parking for two vehicles are just a few more of the benefits this home has to offer.

Audley Gardens is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac off of Orchard Gardens, ideally located for access to the Town Centre and local amenities. Access to the property is gained via the hard standing which provides off street parking for two vehicles. Once inside, the entrance hall gives access to the Lounge Diner and stairs ascending to the first floor.

The open plan layout that the existing owners have chosen, in our opinion works very well. The formal lounge to the front having a large bay window as its focal point, which allows plenty of light to stream through creating a very pleasant feel to the room. The room then widens making a perfect area for dining and then to the rear, a well designed kitchen.
