" A charming three bedroom Victorian terraced cottage located in a sought after pedestrianised road in the centre of Waltham Abbey. This property has been tastefully modernised throughout with numerous benefits including a through lounge, fitted kitchen, two double bedrooms and a good sized rear garden.

Woollard Street is a pedestrianised road in the heart of the town centre, known in the area by its charming street scene. As you approach the property itself you immediately see the high standards to which this current owner has kept their property. The exposed brickwork, sash windows, together with a black gloss door with contrasting brushed chrome door furniture creates a lovely first impression.

Once inside, the through lounge is a light and airy room with dual aspect windows, neutral décor and the staircase dividing the room into two living areas.
