Overall Description This is a very good-sized light and airy link-detached house that was built by renowned builders Jest and Ruskin in 1977 when the current owners bought it as new. The property is an ideal family home as it has ample and well-proportioned living accommodation and is in a quiet cul-de-sac of similar family homes close to local schools and other amenities. Upstairs there are four bedrooms and a bathroom with pleasant views to the rear over farmland. Downstairs the hall leads to a large double aspect sitting/dining room to which the owners have added an attractive brick fireplace with chimney. There is a downstairs cloakroom and kitchen as well as a large double garage and ample parking. The garden is a good-size with a fence for privacy and a gate leading out to the rear.
