This semi detached chalet villa offers accommodation over two levels. The ground floor comprises: entrance hall, lounge with patio doors to rear garden; dining kitchen with base and wall mounted units including a display cabinet, also an integrated double oven, electric cooker and cooker hood. Separate utility room with base and wall mounted units and plumbing for automatic washing machine and space for tumble dryer. Family bathroom with white WC, wash hand basin and bath with mixer shower over. The first floor consists of two double bedrooms, both with built-in wardrobes. The property benefits from gas central heating, provided by a combination boiler and is double glazed, excluding one small sky light window in the first floor landing. Externally there are gardens to front and rear. The rear garden has a patio area and there are also two wooden garden sheds.

Continue for 0.1 miles, turn left into Raeburn Crescent and the property is identifiable by our 'For Sale' board.
