" Well-presented, bright and well-proportioned, two-bedroom, upper villa with a private rear garden and driveway, located in Loanhead, Midlothian. Light, well-maintained and tastefully-decorated, the dual-aspect property is in good condition throughout. The property is entered via an entrance vestibule with a carpeted staircase leading to an internal hall which serves all rooms except the second bedroom, and features an attic hatch and wood-effect laminate flooring.
