" This spacious, three-bedroom, mid-terrace house with front and rear gardens, is located within an established residential area in Liberton, south of Edinburgh city centre. A well-proportioned floorplan begins on the ground floor with a generous vestibule; a hall with built-in store cupboard; and a spacious, dual-aspect living/dining room featuring carpeted flooring for the lounge area and wood-effect vinyl flooring for the dining area, two pendant light fittings, and a gas fireplace.
