" Tastefully-presented, two-bedroom, semi-detached bungalow, with gardens and garage, located in Currie, to the west of the city centre. The property consists of a vestibule, hallway, living room, dining room, kitchen, two double-bedrooms, and shower room. Accessed to the side, an L-shaped hallway with storage cupboard, wood-effect laminate flooring, and attic access, serves all living areas. To the front, lies a good-sized, living room with electric fire, wood surround, carpeted flooring, and large picture window. The side-facing kitchen features tiled flooring, and is fitted with a range of modern wall and base units, laminate worktops and splashback tiling. Integrated appliances include a gas hob with extractor canopy over, electric oven, fridge, and washing machine. To the rear of the kitchen, the dual-aspect dining room is rear-facing with sliding French doors opening to the rear patio and garden.
