For let is a fantastic double room with it's own en-suite shower room and private roof terrace, within this stunning 4 bed, 4 bath mews house minutes from Hackney Central station and London Fields. It is NOT a single apartment but a house share with 3 male professionals aged 28-30.

The room is a good size and fully furnished to a high standard, with an immaculate en-suite shower room, big wardrobe and a really good pocket sprung mattress. Also comes with a desk and plenty of shelving. The general house pics are obviously professional, but the room pics were just taken recently with a smartphone, before the last tenant moved out. Obviously all of his possessions have been moved out and it has been given a thorough clean.

Rent will be 250GBP per week and is applicable for individuals and not couples. The deposit is set at a relatively small £900. Since individuals are preferable to us over couples, there would be a higher rent for couples, dependent on circumstances, likely £300+ per week.

All bills are included apart from electricity, which has historically been around £35/month when split equally been tenants. Bills would include council tax, water, unlimited BT Broadband and TV licence. No messing about setting up accounts, nice and easy for you and all handled by the landlord!

Location in Hackney does not really get much better than this, with the house located on a quiet pedestrianised path just behind the Hackney Empire and the vibrant Mare St. It is literally 2 minutes walk from Hackney Central station, 7 minutes from London Fields station and round the corner from numerous bus routes.

Built only 4 years ago as part of the prestigious Chaplin Development, the property still looks very new and comes fully furnished to a very high standard.
