You can't help but feel at home from the moment you walk into this property in Woodland Road with its 2 bedrooms, living room, fitted kitchen and bathroom. The current owners have created a lovely welcoming atmosphere that you could happily move straight into. The maisonette has been maintained to a high standard having been recently refurbished with a new kitchen and bathroom. There is also the benefit of gas central heating and double glazing making this the ideal first time purchase or investment.

We knew when we first saw this property that it was the one for us. Having wanted a place with our own front door and garden it was not going to be easy to find the perfect property but Woodland Road was everything could have wanted. Being this close to the local shops has been perfect. It 's so easy just to pop out for a pint of milk or for an evening out and we have enjoyed the benefit of being close to the station making our daily commute to work much easier. We will really miss living in the quiet cul-de-sac but hope whoever buys our maisonette will enjoy the great garden that has certainly made our summers a joy to live here.
