" This house is perfect for the working family looking to reduce their commuting time and increase their quality family time!Located in North Chingford within walking distance to Station Road with it’s vast array of cosmopolitan bars, restaurants, shops and the mainline station running into London Liverpool Street, Queens Grove Road could not be more perfectly situated and is a very popular road. The house has been well cared for by the current owners and provides lots of space for a large family to spread out over the 3 floors and find some quiet or ‘me time’. There are 5 bedrooms, 2 with en-suites, lounge/diner and if cooking and entertaining is your thing then there is a superb 19ft fitted kitchen for you to create the perfect meal in. We have really enjoyed living in this house and have found having 2 en-suites perfect for those times when everyone is trying to get ready at the same time for nights out and school times. Being so close to Station Road is lovely as I work in the city and commuting to London is hassle free and going out for drinks and a meal in the evenings is so convenient as you don’t have to wait around for a taxi or drive.
