Having recently been redecorated throughout in neutral colours it makes this house ideal for prospective new buyers looking to move into somewhere where they can relax knowing no work needs to be done. We brought this property from new and choose this particular plot because of its great location backing onto playing fields and with 2 growing children the double bedrooms with en-suites made it an easy decision. We love the fact that the property is virtually un overlooked and being in a quiet cul-de-sac with no through traffic we have really enjoyed the tranquillity of living in such a great small development.Our garden has been a great extra room in summer any many afternoons have been spent here listening the cricket being played on the sports field behind and hope the new buyers will enjoy this great house as much as we have.
