The property benefits from a large double bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and spacious reception room leading into a beautiful, south-facing garden. Located just moments from Shadwell overground and DLR station, the property is ideally situated for easy access into Canary Wharf and the City. The apartment would make a great first time purchase or buy to let investment. Please call to arrange your viewing.What the vendor says: "We were looking for apartments in the area as my husband works at Canary Wharf, whereas I needed an easy commute into the City. This particular flat really appealed to us above all others. My commute only took 20 minutes, which allowed me to still enjoy the sunshine in the garden after work. The flat is spacious and bright and we have renovated it ourselves over the last 6 years. Shadwell Basin is nearby, as is the beautiful ornamental canal which goes all the way up to St Katharine Docks and the Tower of London. Wapping is also nearby and Narrow Street for pubs and dining.
