" Carnarvon Road is situated in the Church End area of South Woodford. The area is popular with all types of buyers due to the great variety of properties available. The area is mainly Victorian ranging from two bedroom terraced cottages to large detached family homes. South Woodford High street is easily accessible as is South Woodford tube station. South Woodford itself has undergone many changes over the past 15 years. There is a bustling shopping centre with a great variety of shops and restaurants. South Woodford's main supermarket is Waitrose and there is also a Simply Marks & Spencers and a newly opened Tesco Express. Church End area falls within Churchfields school catchment, an extremely popular local primary school. Carnarvon Road has been beautifully refurbished by the current owners. To the ground floor there is an attractive open plan living room/ dining room with a feature cast iron fireplace with oak flooring and front and rear aspect. The kitchen is beautifully appointed with a range of base and wall units with integrated gas Range cooker, breakfast bar, built-in dish washer and washer/dryer with marble floors. When we first viewed Carnarvon Road we could see the potential in the property and since owning the property we have refurbished throughout.It was always going to be our home so we have finished the property to a high standard including marble floors in the kitchen and good quality units and similarly with the bathroom suite. We have aimed for an open and contemporary feel throughout the property.
